What You'll Do – A Dynamic Mix of Impactful WorkEvery day looks different because our clients' lives do. You'll support our advisor team by:
- Gathering and analyzing data from tax returns, insurance policies, retirement accounts, estate documents, and more
- Building and refining comprehensive financial plans using cutting-edge tools
- Running projections, generating clear reports, and spotting opportunities to strengthen client outcomes
- Collaborating closely with advisors while owning your projects from start to finish
- Joining client discovery meetings to understand needs firsthand and contribute insights
- Staying ahead of details so advisors can focus on deep client relationships

What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree (required)
- 3+ years in financial services (preferred, but we're open to strong candidates with relevant experience or certifications)
- FPQP® designation or similar a big plus
- Comfort with tools like Salesforce, Orion, Right Capital, Holistiplan, and Microsoft Office (or eagerness to master them quickly)
- Self-directed mindset: you take initiative, manage your time effectively, and deliver high-quality work
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to doing things right
- Team-oriented but independent, you collaborate well while owning your responsibilities
