Branch Claims Clerk – Concord Group Insurance
Join Concord Group Insurance as a Branch Claims Clerk. In this role, you will support the Claims Department by ensuring accurate and timely processing of policyholder claims.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate customer service skills and manage FNOL intake.
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls.
- Scan and index claim file documentation.
- Multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Learn basic insurance fundamentals.
- Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- General clerical skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient in a PC Windows environment.
- Demonstrate experience in Microsoft Excel.
- Accuracy in spelling and grammar.
- Ability to work together in a team setting on shared tasks.
- Experience working in a paperless environment preferred.
