Domino’s Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. This role involves leading front‑office operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering exceptional customer service. Assist in day‑to‑day store operations, including staffing, inventory control, and cash handling.

• Maintain cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect compliance from the crew.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management, scheduling, and store cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service, marketing support, and ensure profitability.

• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk‑in coolers.
• Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, and take inventory.
• Complete associated paperwork and clean equipment/facility daily.
• Follow the training and orientation program provided on the job.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Accurate addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; ability to give correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands for precise movements and rapid speed.
• Keyboard or touch‑screen proficiency for order entry.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone skills to process orders.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash or driving.
• Indoor temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F+; sudden temperature fluctuations.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped walk‑in coolers, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts present.

• Standing, walking, and brief periods of running.
• Lifting items up to 50 lbs; carrying up to 30 lbs of pizza sauce or 12 lbs per tray.
• Climbing stairs or ladders and transporting goods on dollies.
• Stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching up to 72 inches.
• Continuous hand tasks requiring coordination and force.

• Deliver product by car, flyers, and door hangers.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses; ability to handle adverse terrain.
