Perform visual, dimensional and functional inspections of raw materials, in-process assemblies, or finished products;
Identify and segregate non-conforming materials and initiate the NCR process;
Operate and calibrate measurement tools/equipment and hand gages (e.g., pin gage, caliper, optical comparator, Smart Scope, pull tester);
Compile quality records and documentation ensuring GDP (Good Documentation Practices);
Train personnel in proper inspection techniques, systems, equipment, and processes
