Multi-Disciplined Technician

CTG’s long‑standing Fortune 500 client is seeking a Multi‑Disciplined Technician I to support Sterile Processing and Reagents operations. This hands‑on role involves preparing, washing, and sterilizing labware and vials, simple vialing and labeling, and maintaining lab inventories while following strict safety and quality standards.

Job Title: Multi‑Disciplined Technician I

Location: Bedford, MA

Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Bedford, MA

Pay Rate: $22.23 - $27.63/hour Based on experience

Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Education: High School diploma/GED (minimum required). Open to candidates with higher level education (Bachelor’s or Associate’s) that may not have hands‑on work experience but are familiar with the lab setting.

• 1–3 years’ experience in Sterile Processing, lab, or life sciences environment preferred.
• Team player, flexible, and open to cross‑training.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with lab equipment, cleaning, and basic production processes.

• 5S and lean manufacturing knowledge.

• Clean rooms, general labs, and cold rooms (2°C to
  -20°C). PPE required.
• May handle hazardous materials in controlled environments.
