This position is responsible for the successful implementation of Werfen's data management solution(s) for new and existing customers in collaboration with the IT Solutions Architect. The role includes completion of all required post-sale technical implementation activities, ensuring that the product application/solution functions to specifications, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the installation, validation, integration, and go-live processes.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with IT Solutions Architects and stakeholders to translate customer functional and business requirements into flexible, scalable, and maintainable solution designs.
- Design, gain agreement, and communicate professional project plans for customer implementations, utilizing IL’s appropriate products and solutions.
- Manage expectations, identify risks, and formulate plans to minimize impacts to the project.
- Coordinate activities to ensure project progress on schedule while meeting all specified performance parameters.
- Participate in and conduct pre-implementation, implementation, and post-project review meetings for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Perform troubleshooting during implementation to ensure IT solutions are fully functional and utilized as planned.
- Identify gaps, propose mitigation plans, and escalates as required to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Ensure designs comply with all regulatory policies, procedures, and records.
- Assess new and upgraded software and related hardware to determine a technical implementation plan for commercial introduction.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education
:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience in an IT support role with a focus on IT applications.
- Minimum of five years of experience with Healthcare IT requirements, including Interface Engines, IT Security for healthcare environments, Connectivity, and Databases ADT/POCT Devices.
- Project Management experience desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of clinical/healthcare IT environments.
- Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity, staying current with industry trends and mitigation.
- Advanced knowledge of IL IT Solutions portfolio applications.
- Fluency in English (required).

Up to 30% travel.
The annual base salary range for this role is currently $100,000 to $120,000. Individual compensation depends on education, relevant experience, skill set, knowledge, and particular business needs.
This role is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan retirement benefit with employer match, and paid vacation and sick leave. Sales roles are eligible for a commission plan, and management and select professional roles are eligible for performance-based bonuses.
