This RoleSupport Practice Management Client Groups toensure efficient administration of Human Resourcespracticesincludingonboarding,wage/benefit administration,federal/statecomplianceand the execution of employee relations activities in support ofclientcompany business objectives; provide administrative and recruiting support to Human Resources Department as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding and Retention
- Conduct background screeningsforallclientemploymentpositions个月>
- Conduct employee surveys as needed
- Perform E-Verify process on new hires within 3 days of hire
- Employee Relations
- Maintain open communication with client leadership to support HR initiatives
- Respond toclient/employee issues,concerns and complaintstimelyandin zamanı with client company policies,procedure sand standards as well as Federal,Stateand local laws asl>
- Conduct investigations as requested by client andin accordance with client company policy Appropriately communicate employee issues with
- Training
- Participate in development andfaclitationofclientcompany training programs
- Administration
- As requested, develop,reviseand communicateclientcompany documents, policies,procedure sand standards as they apply to Human Resources
- Assist with compliance of client company policies,and procedures, with respect to Federal,Stateand local laws
- Assistwithclientcompany’s workers’ compensation and respond to unemployment claims processesincludingall insurance coverage renewal process
- Communicateclientemployee benefits as required
- Administer benefit sin accordance withclientcompany policy
- Respond to all benefit inquiries ina timelyand well documented manner
- Assist with maintenance ofclientemployee and contractor files
- Review client payroll practices
- Advise on potential compliance risks
- Notifyclientand provide/suggest training as needed
- Ensure clients are advised of best practice solutions and approaches
- Legal
- Ensureclientcompliance with alllocal,stateand federal requirements including FMLA, ADA,ologiques and HIPAA
- Coordinate any activity and work with outside legal counsel on matters requiring review.
