Position: Registered Nurse (Mental Health)
This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP),a student loan payment reimbursement program.

You must meet specific eligibility requirements per VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment.

Program Approval,award amount (up to $200,000) & eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after review of the EDRP application.

Mental Health Inpatient RN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Mental Health team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing acute psychiatric conditions. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety, stabilization, and therapeutic interventions in a structured inpatient setting.

* Deliver direct nursing care to patients with mental health and co-occurring disorders.

* Conduct comprehensive assessments, monitor patient status, and administer medications as prescribed.

* Implement individualized care plans and participate in treatment team meetings.

* Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed.

* Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and coping strategies.

* Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Mental Health RRTP RN

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program in Mental Health supporting individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, many of whom are experiencing homelessness. This role is critical in providing compassionate, trauma-informed care in a structured, recovery-oriented environment.

* Provide nursing care and health assessments for residents in a therapeutic residential setting.

* Administer medications and monitor for side effects or complications.

* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

* Support harm reduction strategies and educate residents on health, wellness, and recovery.

* Respond to medical and psychiatric crises, ensuring safety and stabilization.

* Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory and program standards.
