Clinical Associate, RTSM​/IRT Project Management

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Associate, RTSM/IRT Project Management on a 12-month contract basis
.

We are partnered with a growing biopharma company in Bedford, MA. This role requires onsite in a hybrid schedule and located in Boston / Greater Boston. Experience with RTSM/IRT systems is required.

• Support the project management of RTSM/IRT systems, including design, implementation, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to clinical study and clinical supply teams on system design and setup.
• Lead and manage all RTSM/IRT setup activities through the full life-cycle of the clinical trial.
• Drive development of system requirements and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Resolve escalated issues across study teams and ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
• Ensure timely oversight and review of RTSM data integrity and system performance.

• BS degree required; advanced degree (Pharm
  
  D, MS) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO clinical operations.
• Strong understanding of the clinical development process and experience managing RTSM for multiple trials.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and independently solve problems in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in RTSM/IRT systems, including 4G and Suvoda.
