We’re seeking an experienced Senior Medical Information Specialist for a critical, project-based contract role. This individual will provide essential subject matter expertise and process support during the implementation and onboarding of a new Medical Information Contact Center.

While supporting this key project, you will also serve as a primary point of contact for intaking, triaging, and responding to medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for intaking and triaging all medical information (MI) inquiries received via phone, email, or MIRFs across the product portfolio.
  • Monitor and process adverse events (AEs) and product quality complaints (PQCs) in accordance with all SOPs and work instructions.
  • Submit reports for Sunshine Act aggregate spend tracking and ensure all interactions strictly adhere to corporate and healthcare compliance guidance.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects, with a primary focus on the Medical Information Contact Center implementation and onboarding.
Minimum Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific field (e.g., Pharm

    D, RN, PhD, Life Sciences) or equivalent working experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a Medical Information department within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience working with a Medical Information database (e.g., Veeva Med Inquiry, IRMS, Sci Max MI, etc.) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in radiopharmaceuticals, medical imaging
    , or diagnostic agents.
