Phlebotomist

Greenberg‑Larraby, Inc. (GLI) is looking for a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing venipunctures and blood draws on patients of all ages, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience throughout the process. Your attention to detail and patient care will be essential in accurately collecting and processing blood samples for laboratory analysis.

• Perform venipunctures and capillary draws on patients, ensuring proper technique and safety
• Prepare and label blood samples for transport to the laboratory
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following infection control protocols
• Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures and answering any questions
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide assistance as needed
• Document all procedures accurately in the electronic health record system

• Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomist experience is required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a phlebotomy training program or equivalent experience
• Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) preferred but not required
• Knowledge of blood collection procedures and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
• U.S. Citizenship is required
