Ideal Candidate
  • Education in psychology, social services, early childhood education, or related field.
  • Experience as daycare, preschool worker, paraprofessional, DSP, nanny, babysitter, or similar.
Application Process
  • Recruiter reaches out for a 30‑minute virtual interview.
  • Onsite interview and shadowing of a current Technician.
Your Daily Responsibilities
  • Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions with clients.
  • Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
  • Collect data, write therapy notes.
  • Communicate progress with parents/caregivers (with BCBA guidance).
  • Assist BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials.
  • Attend required trainings.
  • Follow BACB guidelines.
  • Work toward or maintain RBT certification.
  • Maintain a positive working environment.
Basic Physical/Skill Requirements
  • Lift and carry clients up to 30 lbs.
  • Restrain/hold/transport and use quick movements as needed.
  • Maintain various postures and walk/run to chase clients.
  • Attend to basic needs (feeding, diapering, toileting, dressing).
  • Manual dexterity for data collection and documentation.
  • Visual acuity to read written communication.
  • Maintain prolonged periods at computer.
  • Clean and maintain therapy space.
  • Administer medication to clients.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
  • Strong verbal & written communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, detail oriented, flexible, adaptable.
  • Professional integrity.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with children 2‑12 in classroom, daycare, one‑on‑one, or instructional settings.
  • Experience with ABA principles, educational or allied health background.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay: $19–$25 per hour.
