The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in aircraft or UAS flight testing and will lead the development of flight test strategies for innovative UAS systems. Responsibilities include managing flight tests, coordinating engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations. A Bachelor's in engineering is required, and a Master's is preferred.
