The DnA (Detection and Analysis) business line is looking for an Application Engineer to serve as a field-deployed technical expert for our Solutions Portfolio, including Keonn RFID, Thing Magic, Flexpoint, and RTLS technologies. This role bridges customer needs with internal product development, supporting sales through solution design, demos, and integration.

• Partner with Sales to drive revenue through technical solutioning.
• Conduct customer demos, proof-of-concepts, and onsite integrations.
• Gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Coordinate system setup, middleware integration, and backend connectivity.
• Create technical documentation and represent the voice of the customer.
• Present at trade shows and field events across industries like healthcare and manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of IP networks, RTLS/RFID technologies, and Healthcare IT protocols.
• Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and technical documentation.
• Willingness to travel (up to 70%) and lift up to 50 lbs.

• The salary for this role will range from $70,320 - $126,575 annually based on full-time employment. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, training, experience, education, etc.
• Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives. Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
