Maintenance Supervisor

Our client, a global leader in automotive manufacturing
, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor 5 to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor 5, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Production and Facilities Operations
. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective leadership qualities

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor 5
Location:Bedford, IN 47421
Pay Range: $48– $55 per hour
Schedule:Requires flexibility across all three shifts

• Support and enforce corporate safety policies and plant housekeeping standards
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine root causes
• Supervise construction, maintenance activities, and multi‑trade teams
• Execute planned maintenance and meet SPQRC goals (Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost)
• Complete assignments within budget, manpower, and scheduling requirements

• Ability to work all shifts
  , weekends, and required overtime
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge; experience in machine/assembly/facility operations
• Prior supervision of multi‑trade workforce in a manufacturing environment
• Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general computer skills
