Our client, a leading Auto-parts manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor 5, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations.

Pay Range$40‑$44 per hour
Shift RequirementsRequires someone who can work rotation shift.
What's the Job?- Establish, implement, and maintain long‑term plans for maintenance activities to improve operational efficiency.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and initiate corrective actions promptly.
- Supervise construction and maintenance projects ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Support plant safety initiatives, enforce housekeeping standards, and promote a safe work environment.
- Train, develop, and evaluate maintenance personnel to foster continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts relevant to manufacturing environments.
- Experience supervising multi‑trade workforce and managing maintenance projects.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
