IU Health Medical Group in the South Region is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant to join our experienced
Hematology Oncology team. This position is located in Bedford Indiana.
- Full-time- 40 hours total per week- 36 patient facing hours- 4 hours admin time
- Monday - Friday
- No Call Schedule
- 100% Outpatient
- Team: 7 physicians (2 at this location)3 Advanced Practice Providers.
- Outpatient care of adults with benign hematological diagnosis or with cancer
- Candidate must have Clinical and communicative skills, and the ability to work as a team
- New and established adult patients with benign hematology diagnosis, established adult oncology patients
- AGNP, FNP, or PA REQUIRED
- 1 year of APP experience in any field, if no APP experience- at least have 1 year of experience as an Oncology/Hematology RN
- Ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as an APP caring for Oncology and benign Hematology patients
