Wholesale Delivery Driver

This aspect of the business works directly with our wholesale clients. In this role you will be responsible for transporting goods to our customers safely and efficiently while maintaining the quality of the product and giving excellent customer service. You will appropriately inspect your delivery load for quality and quantity before leaving the Distribution Centre and upon
making the delivery to the client. You will be required to hold a valid driver's license and to meet insurability qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess a driver's license with clean driving record
• For insurance purposes, all company drivers must be 25 years of age or over.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills (professional, polite, courteous) with both external (wholesale) customers and internal (retail operations managers, department managers, department supervisors and staff and co-workers) customers
• Demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude everyday while being aware that not all customers are always easy to deal with – remaining calm and dealing with problems carefully and on-the-spot is a necessary attribute.
