As a FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business. You will be working to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long term clients.

The sign industry is ever changing and dynamic. All you have to do is look all around and you’ll see there are signs of all types everywhere. You will never be bored working in the sign industry as even the smallest of jobs up to very large projects are unique and highly customized.

• Serve as the initial contact for current and prospective customers, building relationships and converting prospects into long-term clients.
• Interact with customers via email, phone, in-person and on-site visits; provide solutions and guidance.
• Assist in preparing estimates, implementing work orders and ensuring timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in daily team meetings and help execute business and marketing plans to support the FASTSIGNS Center.

• High school degree or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Willingness to complete a background check and provide references
• Ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, stay organized and document well
• Comfort with computers, email, internet use and learning new software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to participate in outbound calls to potential customers and to sales training

Compensation: $24,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
