• Hourly Rate: $14 – $27 per hour (equal to or exceeding the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).
• Additional Compensation:
  Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums:
  Up to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; may include multiple premiums if criteria are met.

• Greet, help, and thank customers.
• Prevent loss at store entrances.
• Verify purchases and assist with returned items.
• Ensure entrances are safe and secure.
