Position Summary:

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the Member Assist – Cart Attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available. You will also assist members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have

Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members, notifying them when pickup time is delayed, informing them when products are unavailable, offering alternative product options, ensuring products are selected and packaged according to company policies, ensuring items are dispensed at pickup, resolving member issues and concerns, and promoting the company’s products and services.

Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps; following procedures for handling merchandise; correcting and reporting unsafe situations; providing member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, assisting with payments, locating and organizing merchandise, zoning designated areas; resolving member issues; assisting members with transporting items; utilizing cart retrieval equipment; and maintaining parking lot cleanliness.

Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $23.00*

Additional premium compensation may apply at rates of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
