Description Assures provision of optimum quality patient care by serving as a reference and resource person for the staff, patient and family; adjusting staffing according to patient classification system; participating in and encouraging staff development; coordinating patient care with other departments; and assisting physicians with specific problems
Responsibilities- Assures provision of optimum quality patient care by serving as a reference and resource person for the staff, patient and family; adjusting staffing according to patient classification system; participating in and encouraging staff development; coordinating patient care with other departments; and assisting physicians with specific problems.
- Graduate from a School of Nursing/College Education Program
- Current West Virginia nursing license, ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC
- Demonstrated leadership, management and problem solving skills and abilities; demonstrated teaching and communication skills, demonstrated objectivity, tolerance and understanding; demonstrated ability to form and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with all members of the health care team
