Job Description - RN Charge 4020 OR - FT (1611939)
ResponsibilitiesDescription Assures provision of optimum quality patient care by serving as an assistant to the Administrative Director of Surgical Services, assists in daily unit functions; serves as a reference and resources person for staff, patient and family; coordinates patient care with other departments; assumes 24 hour responsibility for units’ activities and evaluating the effectiveness of the staff and unit performance.
Qualifications- Graduate from a School of Nursing/College Nursing Education Program
- Current licensure by the West Virginia State Board of Nursing.
- Three (3) years nursing experience.
