Role Overview

As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You address the whole patient, designing a program to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. You are adaptable to patient needs and enjoy the variety of settings. You collaborate with peers and refer when needed to help patients thrive. You are a teacher who can train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.

Process

Powerback has streamlined our hiring process:

  • If you meet qualifications, a recruiter will call for a 10-minute conversation within 2–3 business days.

  • Qualifications
  • A valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
  • A Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
  • A Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree.
