Howyou’ll contribute
A Senior Quality Analyst, who excels in this role works under direct supervision of the Cardiovascular director and will be involved in QI planning, design, measurement, and evaluation activities, as well as the review and collection of measures for NCDR registry reporting and other department-specific indicators.
- Monitors and performs review activities, assists in identifying opportunities to improve the quality and safety of patient care, and participates as a quality representative for cardiology on hospital committees.
- Directs and coordinates all aspects of registry functions, including data collection, submission, and daily quality report issues.
- Initiates routine review of outcomes with the Director of CV Services and other stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities. Conducts focused reviews for performance improvement and compliance with quality standards.
Qualified applicants must have current West Virginia licensure as a Registered Nurse or Radiologic Technologist.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Cardiovascular Cath Lab is required.
- Previous experience with data collection tools such as the ACC CATH PCI Registry and Core Measures is preferred.
