Medical Staff Office Manager

Schedule: Full Time Weekdays. 8am-4:30pm. Non-Exempt.

• Maintains and updates on-call schedules and list of on-call providers.
• Schedules and facilitates new and ongoing provider orientation.
• Reviews and prepares credentialing/privileging files.
• Schedules, coordinates, prepares agenda, takes minutes, and provides follow up for Medical Staff Committee meetings.
• Assists in the coordination, tracking, and monitoring of OPPE/FPPE processes to ensure compliance with medical staff and regulatory requirements.
• Drives key performance indicators including quality/accuracy of credentialing/privileging files and timeliness of completion.

Qualified applicants must have an Associate's degree. 10+ years of applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of education.

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or Business Administration is preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
