CT Technologist-PRN -
Description
Accountable for providing quality computed tomography studies to include abdominal, pelvic, brain, thorax, skeletal, and vascular anatomy for use by the Radiologist in the diagnosis of patient illness. Administers oral and IV contrast media appropriately.
Responsibilities- Provide quality computed tomography studies across specified regions (abdominal, pelvic, brain, thorax, skeletal, and vascular) for radiologist interpretation.
- Administer oral and IV contrast media appropriately.
- Graduate of a school of Radiologic Technology.
- ARRT registered in Radiography and WV licensure (CT registration preferred).
- CPR Certification.
- Minimum of one year of RT experience.
- Minimum of six months of current CT experience.
- Must be physically able to stand for long hours and lift heavy objects.
- Must be eligible for CPR certification.
- Preference will be given to Registered CT applicants with experience.
