- Familiarity with generative AI, large language models, and agentic systems
- Strong analytical thinking and curiosity about systems and processes
- Experience in handling sensitive or confidential information
- Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
- Prior exposure to process improvement or knowledge management
