Position Details:
Patient Population: Adults (18+)
Setting: Hospital-based Cancer Center
Responsibilities: Outpatient oncology clinic coverage, inpatient consults, and on-call coverage
Required Procedures: Bone marrow biopsy
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: Nurses, CMA, APPs
Days Per Month: Full-time (minimum 3 weeks per month required)
On-Call/Weekends: Inpatient call 1 in 3 weeks
Schedule Details:
Monday Friday clinic, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Inpatient call every 3rd week
Weekend call as scheduled
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
Active state medical license
DEA certification
BLS and ACLS certifications
