. The initial cut-off date for referral of eligible applications will be February 12, 2026 with subsequent cut-off dates every two weeks. Eligible applications received after that date will be referred at regular intervals or as additional vacancies occur on an as-needed basis until the position is filled.
Beckley VA Medical Center is a Joint Commission accredited, complexity level II facility serving Veterans in 11 counties in southern West Virginia. The medical center opened its doors to Veterans on March 1, 1951, and today it is a 13-bed general medical/surgical and 5-bed intensive care facility with a 40-bed community living center. The community living center offers skilled nursing care, post-acute rehabilitation and restorative care, hospice, palliative care, and respite care for eligible Veterans.
