Overview
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Pay: $18 - 26/hr doe
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced, team-driven environment where accuracy and accountability matter.
What You’ll DoAs an Inventory Specialist, you’ll work closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless goods movement, stock accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, checking, counting, and putting away stock
- Picking and packing customer orders within strict turnaround times
- Performing regular stock checks and cycle counts
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels and critical stock items
- Working within a computerized WMS / ERP system
- Supporting local product deliveries to customer sites
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Using company vehicles and equipment responsibly
- Identifying process improvements and proactive solutions
This role requires someone who can move quickly, think critically, and stay detail-oriented under pressure.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel included)

- Full driver’s license
- Forklift license and experience
- Experience with stock control systems (ERP/WMS)
- SAP experience
- Background in spare parts management
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to problem solve independently
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to support various warehouse and customer needs
