Pest Control Technician (Paid Training & Licensing Provided) – Full Time

Location:

Beaverton, OR | Greater Portland Metro Area Compensation: $21.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience) + performance-based bonus opportunities

Prime Pest Solutions is hiring a Pest Control Technician to service residential routes while completing required Oregon pesticide licensing. This role includes paid training, field support, and structured onboarding for individuals entering the pest control industry or expanding their experience.

You’ll learn how to inspect properties, apply treatments safely, educate customers, and document service visits using mobile software.

• Service residential pest control routes (with training and support)
• Inspect properties and help implement treatment plans
• Educate customers on prevention and what to expect from service
• Use mobile software for route logging and service documentation
• Maintain service equipment and a clean, organized company vehicle
• Follow all pesticide handling, label requirements, and safety regulations
• Communicate clearly with customers and the Prime Pest team

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Comfortable driving daily and working in a field-based role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
• Willingness to obtain required Oregon pesticide licensing (training provided)

• Previous pest control, route work, or service industry experience
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
• Basic mechanical comfort around tools/equipment

• $21.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
