Licensed Pest Control Technician – Residential Service Route

Beaverton, OR | Greater Portland Metro Area Compensation: $21.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience) + performance-based bonus opportunities

Prime Pest Solutions is seeking a licensed Pest Control Technician to service residential routes throughout the greater Portland metro area. This field-based position includes inspections, treatment application, route management, and customer communication in accordance with Oregon pesticide regulations.

• Perform residential pest control services for common pests including ants, spiders, rodents, and seasonal insects
• Conduct property inspections and identify pest activity and entry points
• Apply treatments in accordance with Oregon state regulations and company safety standards
• Document services using mobile routing and reporting software
• Communicate treatment recommendations and prevention strategies to customers
• Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and materials
• Follow all pesticide handling and safety requirements

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Active Oregon pesticide applicator license OR ability to obtain prior to independent route assignment

• $21.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
