Job SummaryWe are seeking to hire a House Buying Specialist with extensive sales experience in a similar B2C industry. The role involves prospecting provided leads and generating new leads from homeowners potentially interested in selling their property. Your primary responsibility will be engaging with these sellers, understanding their needs, and setting up face‑to‑face appointments to present an offer for their property. Additionally, you must effectively communicate the benefits of selling to our company.
The goal is to qualify leads, build rapport with potential clients, and schedule appointments that align with our company’s objectives.
- Making outbound sales calls to potential sellers interested in selling their properties.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information about the property, the seller's situation, and their timeline for selling.
- Schedule appointments to meet with qualified sellers in person at the subject property.
- Engage with sellers in a professional and courteous manner, actively listening to their needs and motivations.
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments, offer status and address any additional questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments scheduled, and follow‑up activities using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and our company's offerings to effectively communicate with potential clients and convey benefits.
- Driving property lists and knocking doors of specific properties that we are interested in buying.
- 5+ years’ of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor. Able to effectively convey our company's benefits.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Well organized and proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and appointments.
- We operate in a high stake’s sales environment. You will need to have thick skin and a strong emotional resilience.
Job Type: Full-time, 1099, Commission only
