Are you a highly organized, proactive professional with a passion for bringing exciting products to market at lightning speed? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a fast‑paced team dedicated to rapid product creation and market execution. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring innovative graphic apparel reaches consumers quickly and effectively, directly impacting market responsiveness and consumer satisfaction.

Your energy, follow‑through, and keen eye for detail will be crucial in making sure these products come to life successfully in the marketplace.

What You’ll Do
  • Engage directly with sales teams to collect orders and ensure timely submission against program timelines.
  • Manage multiple sales deadlines across various rapid product programs, diligently following up with partners to correct orders and drive on‑time completion.
  • Develop and support pre‑season sales tools that effectively showcase new graphic apparel, enabling impactful sell‑in.
  • Actively track order status and persistently follow up with partners to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Support replenishment efforts by helping trigger re‑orders for fast‑selling apparel when applicable.
  • Participate in the go‑to‑market process by assisting in the creation of visual presentations to support selling and merchandising efforts.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience supporting sales execution, go‑to‑market strategies, merchandising, or operations in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines concurrently.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, comfortable engaging directly with sales teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative cross‑functional team member.
  • A strong detail‑orientation combined with a keen sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Proficiency with common digital tools including spreadsheet software, presentation software, shared trackers, and visual asset management.
