Our client, a copper manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager.
Job Title:
Regional Sales Manager.
Location:
Beaverton, OR.
Pay Rate Range: $110,000 - $130,000.
Shift: 1st.
What’s the Job?- Execute and exceed Building Wire Sales.
- Develop the market by creating a strategic go-to-market strategy for the identified territory with a SWOT analysis to include a plan, target accounts, and distribution strategy for the region.
- Develop a strategy to identify and execute conversion opportunities for all Residential Electric Contractor (REC) accounts within the defined territory.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive brand awareness and product adoption for the client’s products within the identified REC accounts.
- Continued prospecting and account development activities that result in account conversion, sales, and a favorable impact to EBITDA.
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - 8+ years of sales experience in the electrical industry.
- Experience working in an Electrical Contractor capacity or working with electrical contractors highly preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software and Smartsheet; experience with an ERP system strongly preferred.
- CRM experience required.
