Client’s North America Planning team is seeking a Sales Operations professional to support the Fast Tee COE (Velocitee) team. This role is focused on rapid reaction to sports moments and marketplace opportunities by supporting the design, selling, and production of graphic T-shirts position sits at the intersection of sales execution, go-to-market planning, and visual merchandising support to ensure Fast Tee programs are successfully launched in the marketplace.
This is a temporary external role supporting peak workload with strong potential for extension.
- Support Fast Tee program execution from sell-in through replenishment.
- Engage directly with Marketplace Sales teams to collect orders and ensure submission within program timelines.
- Manage multiple sales deadlines across various Fast Tee programs.
- Follow up with accounts to correct orders and drive on-time completion.
- Actively track order status and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Support replenishment efforts by helping trigger re-orders for fast-selling products.
- Participate in go-to-market planning processes.
- Create and support pre-season sales tools showcasing new T-shirt graphics.
- Assist in building visual tee walls or virtual tee wall presentations to support selling and merchandising initiatives.
- Pull, evaluate, and present data to a wide audience.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external account partners.
- Operate independently with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to pull, evaluate, and present data clearly to diverse audiences.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience required.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong sense of urgency and ownership.
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable following up with sales teams and external accounts.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.

- Previous client experience is not required.
- Experience supporting sales execution, go-to-market planning, merchandising, or operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with shared trackers, digital tools, and visual asset management.
