About the RoleThe Sales Estimator owns the full lifecycle of commercial service and light project estimates, from site walk to proposal delivery, follow-up, and closing. This is not a passive quoting role. It is a performance-driven position focused on speed, accuracy, accountability, and customer experience.
You will:- Prepare and present estimates across Plumbing, Drain, HVAC, and Electrical services.
- Conduct site visits and scope development.
- Follow structured follow-up processes to drive decision-making.
- Protect company pricing standards while delivering value to clients.
- Transition sold work seamlessly to operations.
- Build long-term relationships with commercial accounts.
- 3 - 5+ years of estimating or commercial service sales experience
- Comfortable in both field environments and office systems
- Organized, disciplined, and deadline-driven
- Strong communicator who can guide customers through decisions
- Technically curious and systems-oriented
- Accountable and self-motivated
- Experience with Service Titan, Hub Spot, or similar CRM/estimating platforms is a plus
- STRONG Commission structure tied to revenue performance
