We are seeking a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a collaborative, in-office environment and can confidently present to executive stakeholders, close complex deals, and consistently sell website projects exceeding $50,000.

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business revenue by selling custom website and ecommerce solutions. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong presentation skills, and the ability to translate technical and marketing concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.

This is a high-performance, in-office role that requires daily collaboration with leadership, strategy, and production teams. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of closing website deals over $50K.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for website and ecommerce projects
  • Present digital solutions to executive stakeholders (CMOs, CEOs, Directors, etc.)
  • Lead discovery calls and consultative sales conversations
  • Develop and deliver compelling in-person and virtual sales presentations
  • Close website projects exceeding $50,000 in contract value
  • Collaborate closely with internal strategy, design, and development teams to scope and position solutions
  • Maintain and manage pipeline activity within CRM
  • Forecast revenue accurately and consistently

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of selling website projects over $50,000
  • Experience selling digital agency services, ecommerce solutions, or custom web development
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate confidently to executive-level stakeholders
  • Consultative sales approach with strong discovery skills
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to thrive in a structured, in-office, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in agency sales or ecommerce-focused sales
  • Existing network within ecommerce or mid-market brands
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes
  • Understanding of website performance metrics and ROI modeling

  • Consistently closing website projects valued at $50K+
  • Building and maintaining a predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Leading confident, compelling stakeholder presentations
