Monday–Friday; 8AM–5PM

Beaverton, OR 97005 (Hybrid – Onsite at PHK; Fridays Remote)

We are seeking a Sales Operations 2 professional to support project-based initiatives within NA Planning. This role focuses on sales execution, go‑to‑market coordination, and data‑driven program support for fast‑turn product launches. The ideal candidate operates with urgency, works independently, and is comfortable pulling, evaluating, and presenting data to a wide audience. Strong potential for extension.

• Pull, evaluate, analyze, and present data to sales teams and cross‑functional stakeholders
• Support execution of sales programs from sell‑in through replenishment
• Manage multiple deadlines across concurrent sales initiatives
• Engage directly with Marketplace Sales teams to collect and validate orders
• Follow up with accounts to correct submissions and ensure timely completion
• Create and maintain pre‑season sales tools and visual presentation materials
• Track order status and support replenishment efforts for high‑demand products
• Assist in go‑to‑market execution including visual merchandising presentations
• Communicate clearly and consistently with internal teams and external partners

• Ability to analyze and present data to broad audiences
• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivots, data evaluation)
• Intermediate PowerPoint skills (presentation development and visual storytelling)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs
• Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
