WHO YOU’LL WORK WITHResponsible for rapidly reacting to sports moments and marketplace opportunities by designing, selling, and producing graphic T-shirts will work closely with Marketplace Sales teams, Account partners, and internal cross-functional stakeholders to ensure Fast Tee programs are executed on time and ready for market. This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, go-to-market planning, and visual merchandising support, helping ensure Fast Tee programs land successfully in the marketplace.

Qualifications- Experience supporting sales execution, go-to-market, merchandising, or operations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable following up with sales teams and external accounts
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Proficiency with common digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, shared trackers, and visual assets)
In this role, you will support the execution of Fast Tee programs from sell-in through replenishment, ensuring sales teams and accounts meet critical deadlines and have the tools needed to bring graphics to market quickly and effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging directly with Marketplace Sales teams to collect Fast Tee orders and ensure submission against program timelines
- Managing multiple sales deadlines across different Fast Tee programs, including following up with accounts to correct orders and drive on-time completion
- Creating and supporting pre-season sales tools that showcase new T-shirt graphics to enable effective sell-in
- Actively tracking order status and persistently following up with accounts to ensure deadlines are met
- Supporting replenishment efforts by helping trigger re-orders for fast-selling T-shirts when applicable
- Participating in the go-to-market process by helping create visual tee walls or virtual tee wall presentations to support selling and merchandising
This is a temporary, external role intended to support peak workload and fast-turn execution within the Fast Tee COE.
