Our client, a copper manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager
Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Beaverton, OR
Pay Rate Range: $110,000 - $130,000
Shift: 1st
What’s the Job?- Execute and exceed Building Wire Sales
- Develop the market by creating a strategic go-to-market strategy for identified territory with SWOT analysis by market to include plan, target accounts, distribution strategy for the region.
- Develop a strategy to identify and execute conversion opportunities for all Residential Electric Contractor (REC) accounts within defined territory
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive brand awareness and product adoption for client’s products within REC’s identified.
- Continued prospecting and account development activities that result in account conversion, sales, and a favorable impact to EBITDA
- High School Diploma or GED required with Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 8+ years of sales experience in the electrical industry.
- Experience working in an Electrical Contractor capacity or working with electrical contractors is highly preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software, Smartsheet, and experience with an ERP system strongly preferred.
- CRM experience required.
