D1 Training is on the search for a sales-driven leader who knows how to close high-ticket deals, lead by example, and inspire a team to perform at the highest level. This isn’t your average gym sales role — it’s a high-impact position for a closer who thrives on energy, accountability, and results.
The Sales Manager will take full ownership of the revenue engine at D1 Training Beaverton, OR— driving lead generation, mastering the sales funnel, and selling personal training packages that change lives. If you’ve sold high-ticket fitness programs before and can back it up with proven results, we want you leading from the front.
What You’ll DoSell High-Ticket Training PackagesOwn the entire sales process — from lead generation and outreach to closing and retention.
Conduct consultative sales appointments that connect prospects’ goals to D1’s training solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue goals through both personal training package and membership sales.
Master the D1 sales process — needs analysis, emotional connection, value presentation, objection handling, and follow-up.
Maintain at a minimum a 50%+ close rate on new client consultations.
Coach trainers and front desk staff on sales psychology, conversion strategies, and follow-up systems.
Build a results-driven, competitive environment where performance is celebrated.
Lead from the front — set the pace, own your numbers, and inspire the team to do the same.
Marketing & Lead Generation
Partner with ownership to execute local outreach campaigns and drive new lead traffic.
Represent D1 in the community through events, partnerships, and schools.
Leverage social media and in-house referral systems to fill your sales pipeline.
Monitor key performance indicators — leads, appointments, closes, revenue, and retention.
Keep the CRM updated with precision and accountability.
Collaborate with leadership on strategies to maximize profitability and market impact.
3+ years of proven success in fitness sales, with a strong track record in selling high-ticket personal training packages.
Understands the value, mindset, and motivation behind coaching and performance training.
Naturally competitive, confident, and goal-oriented — you love to win and help others win.
Exceptional communicator with strong closing and follow-up skills.
Tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable using gym management or CRM software (Mind Body, Club Ready, Zen Planner).
