Monday–Friday; 8AM–5PM
Location:
Beaverton, OR 97005 (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Seeking an Allocation Planner to support retail inventory planning and allocation activities. This role focuses on execution and business continuity by ensuring product availability across retail locations. The position will monitor store performance, adjust allocation quantities, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain optimal inventory levels and support sales performance.
Job Description- Develop seasonal, monthly, and weekly allocation plans to support revenue, margin, and inventory goals.
- Manage style, color, and size level product load-in and replenishment across retail locations.
- Monitor store performance and adjust allocation uacnits based on sales trends and forecast variance.
- Maintain balanced inventory levels and optimal Weeks of Supply (WOS) across locations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including assortment planning, merchandising planning, commercial planning, and marketplace operations.
- Support in-season cross-channel initiatives to maximize full-price sales.
- Assist with allocation planning for new store openings and product launches.
- Partner with merchandise planning and merchandising teams to prioritize product allocation across channels.
- Use data analysis to identify trends and support allocation decisions.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in allocation planning, retail planning, demand planning, or inventory management.
- Hands‑on experience with store‑level inventory allocation in a retail environment.
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience working in fast‑paced retail or consumer product environments.
- Experience with allocation or planning systems such as SAP, JDA/Just Enough, Tools Group, o9, or similar preferred.
- Ability to quickly ramp up and execute operational planning tasks.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- PhD or Law degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
- Master’s degree with 0–3 years of relevant experience.
- Associate’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- High School diploma with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
