About the RoleWe are hiring 3 Lead Brand Assortment Planners to support a special project within the Client Sales Planning Team
. This role is critical in translating Point of Sale (POS) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data into clear, compelling insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
You will help sales teams and retail partners understand what’s working in the marketplace, where improvements are needed, and what healthy POS performance looks like using strong retail acumen and data storytelling skills.
What You’ll Do- Communicate POS and KPI performance clearly to internal teams and external marketplace partners
- Develop pre-season forecasts and react to in-season trends and performance
- Analyze sales results, identify risks and opportunities, and share actionable insights
- Create and manage style-level and financial plans to support assortments and buying decisions
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, Planning, Brand, and Marketplace teams
- Influence decision-making through strong storytelling grounded in data and retail insight
- 5+ years of experience in retail assortment planning or related planning roles
- Strong retail acumen with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
- Proven experience pulling, analysing, and summarizing POS and KPI data
- Ability to craft clear headlines and narratives around marketplace performance
- Stock and sales planning experience in footwear, apparel, or retail
- Experience with the O9 planning tool
- Advanced Excel expertise
- External engagement with vertical retail partners such as Dick's Sporting Goods
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external partners in similar industry environments

You will play a pivotal role in bringing the marketplace vision to life—balancing profitability, productivity, and consumer demand—while working closely with Partner Accounts and cross-functional teams. Exceptional collaboration and data storytelling skills are key to success in this role.
WhatYou Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Merchandising, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Planning, Buying, or Sales with emphasis on retail/wholesale financial planning
- Ability to analyze large data sets and translate insights into recommendations
- Strong influencing and communication skills
