Proven ability to develop and test new concepts that drive business results and exceed customer expectations
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Identify and develop new concepts for in-store services and experiences that align with our overall retail marketing goals and objectives
Design and execute in-market tests, such as A/B testing or customer surveys, for new concepts, analyzing results and providing recommendations for future development
Establish a clear path for scaling services and experiences, including developing business cases, operational plans, and financial projections
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Retail Operations, Creative, Brand, Digital, Product and Geo teams, and external vendors, to ensure seamless execution of in-market tests and scaled services and experiences
Conduct customer research and analysis to inform concept development and in-market testing, ensuring that services and experiences meet the needs and desires of our customers
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative retail experiences, applying this knowledge to improve and evolve in-store services and experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail, Visual Merchandising, and Digital, to ensure seamless execution of in-market tests and scaled services and experiences
