Our Retail Sales Associates work to achieve personal and team-oriented sales goals.

The store environment is fast-paced and high energy, and you'll get to move with it. In a single day you will interact with customers, work the register, build a display or stock the shelves.

• Greets customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner.

• Ensures all work spaces are clean and tidy.
• Perform opening and closing duties as requested.
• Performs other duties, as assigned by Manager.

• 1+ years retail sales experience in a strong customer service environment preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience with POS
• Basic MS Excel & Outlook experience
• Experience fitting footwear a plus
• Brand knowledge of Danner a plus

100% work is spent in a retail store setting.

This position reports directly to the Retail Store Manager
