Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Part Time at Burlington Stores, Inc. Beaverton, OR. You will be a front-line ambassador, greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat and organized sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations.

Departments may include Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the manager from time-to-time

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Strong customer service orientation and team collaboration

Base Pay: $16.30 per hour. Part-time associates, based on hours worked, may be eligible for Burlington’s benefits package, which includes dental and vision coverage, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan.
