Position
Operations Analyst 3/process/project management
LocationOn-site role at Beaverton, OR (Typical work hours, WFH Fridays (subject to change))
Requirements- Degree not a hard requirement for this role
- 4+ years’ minimum experience required - HM prefers 5+ - in a product creation/development role, or in process/operational work
- Excel and/or Smartsheet/Airtable experience is required in this role

- Go-getter
- Able to take direction but work well independently
- Ability to take an idea and make a plan to get after it - clear process flow *
- Someone who’s worked in the consumer product industry (footwear, apparel, etc.) and has process/project management experience will be the ideal candidate for this position
