• In partnership with the Executive Chef, lead and oversee all kitchen and sushi operations to positively impact P&L
• Ensure quality control points for every menu item, including portioning and plating, to meet standards
• Hiring, training, and developing staff
• Handling sensitive, confidential information professionally
• At least two years of experience leading a BOH team in a high-volume, full-service kitchen
• Supervisor experience required
• Sous Chef experience preferred
• Sushi experience preferred
• Valid Food Handlers card required

Work is primarily in a fast-paced full-service restaurant with frequent distractions and loud noises.

Physical Requirements:

• Mobility within the restaurant to access equipment and food items
